  • Bring your valid CAA membership card with you to your appointment.

This offer is a tiered rebate determined by the level of hearing technology in the rental agreement. Offer is valid for new hearing aid rental clients only. Offer only available at Avenir Hearing locations in New Brunswick. Offer expires March 31, 2024. One-time new plan activation fee of $125 will be billed upon registering for the rental program. Rental agreement is a term of 36 months, at which point you will have the option of upgrading your device.
