IMPORTANT UPDATE ON AVENIR HEARING AND COVID-19

All of our clinics are now open, following strict security protocols. We highly recommend contacting your local clinic to find out if it is open.

For the time being, we will see patients one at a time. This means that the waiting room area will offer limited seating capacity in order to adhere to physical distancing. We will schedule your appointments accordingly.
Please call your clinic from your car upon your arrival. Further instructions will be given before you can safely enter.
Diagnostic testing will be done using Shoebox Audiometry outside of the testing booth to allow enough distance.
The dropbox will be used to sanitize and test your hearing instrument prior to being seen by a clinician.
Clinicians will use shields to protect everyone involved during the appointments and it is mandatory to wear a mask during your visit to ensure everyone’s safety.
We also have strict cleaning procedures in place to sanitize the space before and after each patient. Plexiglass will be installed in front of every reception desk. Rest assured that you will be entering a clean and safe environment.
